Rosherville Limited was formed in 2020, wholly owned by Gravesham Borough Council as the sole shareholder. The company was created to operate as a business, offering services to the borough and delivering commercial services.
Being a separate company allows us to maximise opportunities that a Local Authority cannot, exploring new possibilities for developing sustainable businesses.
Rosherville Limited, and its subsidiaries, can provide a high level of expertise in their fields and continue to strive to ensure services are being provided in the best possible way for its customers in a sustainable and cost-efficient way.
Building on years of experience, Rosherville and its subsidiaries is able to explore commercial opportunities to benefit the Borough of Gravesham.

Rosherville Property Development Limited
Our primary aim is to increase the housing supply and choice of quality homes for the residents of Gravesham.
Rosherville Servicing Limited
We offer a wide range of vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT testing for cars and small commercial vehicles.
Rosherville Repairs & Maintenance Limited
We will soon be launching our property maintenance and handyperson services with our fully-trained professional workforce.
Rosherville Property Development Limited
Rosherville Property Development Limited (RDPL) is a local property development company established by the Local Authority under the trading arm Rosherville Limited. Its primary aim is to increase the housing supply and choice of quality homes for local residents.
RPDL is aligned with the Local Authorities work to proactively improve the perception of the Borough and to capitalise on regeneration opportunities in and around Gravesend Town Centre.
We work with developers to deliver homes and retail sites, that are high quality and affordable within the market. As an independent company, we can respond to the competitive market to deliver housing solutions.
The company brings together a strong team of skills and expertise to progress and explore development and investment opportunities in the areas that genuinely benefit the Borough.
RPDL is working to regenerate Gravesend Town Centre through The Charter project, delivered by our Lead Developer, Reef to create well designed, modern homes across the borough. The new homes will be available for rent at market rates and occasionally for sale.
Rosherville Vehicle Servicing Limited
At Rosherville Servicing we offer a wide range of servicing, repairs and MOT testing. Our facilities at our Northfleet garage are approved by the DVSA to cater for Class 4 and 7 goods vehicles, including vans, high tops and flat-bed trucks. Equipped with wider loading bays and improved access for larger vehicles.
Our technicians are fully accredited and highly experienced, providing the expertise that is required to manage repairs on vehicles of all types.
Our workshop offers general servicing, vehicle repairs and MOT-testing on site. We can provide:
- Full vehicle service
- Interim vehicle service
- Vehicle diagnostics
- General repair and maintenance including brakes and clutch changes
- Safety inspections including HGVs
- MOT testing and re-tests
We are members of the Freight Transport Association (FTA) along with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), and our service standards are regulated by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.

Rosherville Repairs and Maintenance Limited
Coming soon will be a property repairs and maintenance service.
Using our team of experienced and highly trained workforce, they will be offering general handyperson services for your own home. Including:
- Painting and decorating
- Fixing and hanging doors
- Mounting items to walls, eg – shelves, tvs, curtain poles
- Minor plumbing
