The Property Development arm of Rosherville aims to deliver local homes for local people. All properties will be marketed locally first to encourage local people to apply for properties. There is no intention for properties developed by Rosherville to be leased or sold to other local authorities.
Increasing homes in the borough
Maximising housing delivery, to help plug gaps in the local housing market. This will increase the delivery of affordable homes and homes for older people as well as providing good quality homes for wider residents.
Maximising Regeneration
Working with developers to maximise regeneration opportunities in and around Gravesend Town Centre, and elsewhere in the borough as opportunities present. As an independent company, we can respond to the competitive market to deliver housing solutions.
Improving the borough
Working alongside Gravesham Borough Council to proactively improve the perception of the Borough and to capitalise on regeneration opportunities in and around Gravesend Town Centre.
Current Projects
The Charter
Working with our developer partner Reef, works are well underway at The Charter to deliver 1,100,000 sq ft of development, providing 242 build-to-rent apartments and a new multi-storey car park in Gravesend Town Centre.
