All the Rosherville entities are wholly owned by Gravesham Borough Council as the sole shareholder.
Rosherville Limited is the Holding Company for the overall group of Rosherville Companies. The Board is made up of four Directors who provide strategic oversight and challenge to the services delivered by the three subsidiary companies.
The Company Directors are Jamie Izzard, Pat Knight, Daniel Killian and Michael Sears. They and all subsidiaries are supported by Michelle Batstone as Company Secretary.

Our Governance Framework
The company operates under a robust governance framework to ensure that its operations deliver the best services at the best value for its customers and its Shareholder.
Rosherville Limited and all of its subsidiaries are limited by shares and wholly owned by Gravesham Borough Council (GBC). As the sole shareholder of Rosherville, GBC established a Shareholder Advisory Board (chaired by a Special Advisor to the Cabinet and comprising of members of both the ruling group and opposition) through which the council exercises control over the company and by which it holds the company’s directors to account.
The Shareholder Advisory Board holds formal meetings with the company directors on a bi-annual basis, to receive reports on Company performance, finances and proposals. Additional meetings of the Advisory Board can be arranged if the Shareholder feels this is necessary to discuss specific issues or projects.
Business Conduct
The company has in place a number of policies to outline the approach that Directors and employees must take in conducting the business affairs of the Rosherville group both to provide a safe working environment, to ensure compliance with all specific requirements and adherence to high professional and ethical standards.
The Rosherville Group of companies recognises that we have a social responsibility to improve the lives of local residents through our services and as such, will ensure that our activities align with the Net Zero ambitions of the shareholder, Gravesham Borough Council, wherever possible. This is shown through our Climate Change commitment.

Every person associated with Rosherville has a role to play in combating this crime, by remaining alert to the risk of slavery, however small it may be, within our business and within our supply chain.
