The first families have moved into The Charter, our development of 242 apartments to rent in the heart of Gravesend.
The first keys were handed over at the end of March, and as of 10 April, 13 apartments were occupied, all by local people with demonstrable links to Gravesham.
Roughly 50% of phase one of the development was occupied as of the same date.
Following a locally-led marketing campaign, a total of 63 apartments have been reserved, with more in the pipeline and interest remaining strong.
